Do we have to stay the whole week?
Not at all! Come for a day, a weekend, or the whole adventure. Just let us know which days work for you when you register.
Where is everyone staying?
We're staying in large shared villas at Villatel Orlando Resort, with a main villa for each side of the family. Families can also book their own smaller villa or apartment at full unit cost. See the Lodging page for details.
How do we get to the parks?
The Villatel resort shuttle runs to the Disney and Universal parks (reservations required). Uber and rideshare are also great for extra flexibility. See the Transportation page for details.
Can kids attend group activities without adults?
All group activities are family-friendly and require a parent or guardian to join. No drop-off activities are planned.
What about meals?
Harper's birthday dinner on the 15th is provided for everyone. All other meals are on each family individually, and the villas have full kitchens if you'd like to prepare your own.
What if our plans change?
No problem! When you register, you'll get a private link to your registration. Use it anytime to update your party size, the days you can join, or add details like flight info once you have it. We'll keep the group itinerary updated too.
