Transportation
Between the Villatel shuttle and rideshare, getting to the parks and back is easy. Here's what to know so your days run smoothly.
Airport Transfers
- We will coordinate airport transfers for flights that arrive around the same time.
- Share your flight details when you register so we can group arrivals and departures together.
- Transfers for flights outside the main group windows can be arranged separately.
Villatel Resort Shuttle
- Complimentary theme-park shuttle service runs between Villatel and the Disney and Universal parks.
- Airport transfers can be arranged for arrival and departure.
- Shuttles run on a set schedule, so plan park mornings and evenings around shuttle times.
Reservations required
- Reservations are required for the shuttle — spots are limited and fill up.
- Book your shuttle times in advance, especially for morning park trips and popular return times.
- Let us know your park days when you register so we can help coordinate group shuttle timing.
Uber & Rideshare
- Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout Orlando and around the parks.
- Rideshare is the most flexible option if you want to arrive early, stay late, or veer off the group plan.
- Rideshare is arranged individually by each family (not hosted by the group).
- Consider a rideshare with car seats or bring your own for the little ones.
